Shuwa model - Designed to emulate an underground oven and cooks traditional meals such as shuwa and mandi. It stays true to the traditional cooking process with wood, completely seals when the lid is closed and uses electricity to continue cooking for several hours to produce the most succulent an flavourful shuwa or mandi. Our Shuwa model reduces the cost, difficulty and time of underground tanoors and makes traditional foods readily available in modern households & restaurants. Cooks up to 18kg of shuwa, 5-6 mandi chickens with a pot of rice or 3675 cm2 on three levels.
