Al Shatti – Designed as a traditional tanoor for authentic Shuwa, Mandi, Ouzi, and Madfoon, and also as a multifunctional cooker for a wide variety of meals from around the world.
It can cook up to 18 kilograms of shuwa in 9 hours, or 12 kilograms in just 4.5 hours. For mandi, it fits up to 9 large chickens or 6 chickens with a pot of rice, making it ideal for medium-sized gatherings, events, restaurants, or family celebrations.
In addition to wood, Al Shatti offers multiple fuel options, gas, charcoal/wood, and electricity — which can be used individually or in combination. For example, gas can ignite charcoal and preheat the oven so you're ready to cook on charcoal at 200 degrees Celsius in just 5 minutes. It can also ignite wood quickly with minimal smoke. It grills, smokes, bakes, and roasts with ease. The included smart temperature controller automates charcoal cooking and notifies you when your food is ready.
Al Shatti offers four cooking options:
Wood – Ideal for traditional dishes like shuwa, mandi, ouzi or madfoon. It locks in moisture and enhances flavor, with the electric element maintaining consistent heat when the tanoor is sealed. Additionally, you can smoke and open grill with wood.
Charcoal – Excellent for roasting, smoking, and grilling, delivering rich, smoky flavors. The smart controller maintains precise temperature and alerts you when the meat is done, all from a smartphone. Add wood chips to enhance the smokey flavours.
Electric – A convenient alternative for baking, smoking, or slow cooking, especially when fire-based methods aren’t practical. Add wood chips to create smoky flavours. The electric element also maintains the temperature of the tanoor when it’s sealed during the cooking of shuwa and mandi.
Gas – Offers flexibility for baking, roasting, smoking, and grilling. It also rapidly heats the oven or/and ignites wood with little to no smoke, allowing for quick and clean starts.
