Premium model - It has all the features of the Shuwa model but also has gas, charcoal, and electric cooking options which can be used individually or combined. For example, the gas can ignite charcoal & preheat the oven so its ready to cook in 5 minutes. The gas can rapidly ignite wood almost eliminating smoke. If you run out of charcoal while barbecuing then you can ignite the gas and use them simultaneously. It can BBQ, grill, smoke, bake, fry & cook pizza. The optional controller automates cooking and sends a message when the food is cooked.
