Smart Controller

  1. Self cleaning: Remove internal grease by increasing the temperature to 350 degrees celcius. Additionally, it takes 10 seconds to remove the ash with the ash removal tools.

  2. Green: You only need 2-4 pieces of wood to cook up to 18 kg of shuwa. Charcoal can be reused up to 4 times when baking or roasting at up to 200 degrees Celsius and can cook for longer than 24 hrs when cooking low and slow thanks to the insulated design. Close all the vents to smother the fire when you finished cooking and reuse the charcoal.
